Masala Papad

Masala papad is served as side dish or snacks. It is very easy to make and very good taste.


Ingredients

  • 5 Urad dal papad roasted
  • ½ cup onion – very finely chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes 
  • 2-3 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Salt 
  • ½ tsp green chili chopped (optional)
  • ¼ tsp chat masala

Steps :

  1. Roast the papad first on stove top or microwave and keep it aside. 
     
     
  2. Now prepare the masala. Remove the tomato seeds and chop tomatoes very finely. 
     

  3. Add onion, tomato, coriander leaves, salt, green chili and chat masala powder in bowl. Mix well. 
     
  4. Spread masala on papad just before serving. 
  5. Serve immediately.
