Ingredients
- 5 Urad dal papad roasted
- ½ cup onion – very finely chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2-3 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
- Salt
- ½ tsp green chili chopped (optional)
- ¼ tsp chat masala
Steps :
- Roast the papad first on stove top or microwave and keep it aside.
- Now prepare the masala. Remove the tomato seeds and chop tomatoes very finely.
- Add onion, tomato, coriander leaves, salt, green chili and chat masala powder in bowl. Mix well.
- Spread masala on papad just before serving.
- Serve immediately.
