Cheese Dip is quick recipe for a dip for chips or Veggies.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 slice craft cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese
Steps
- Take butter into a small pan on medium heat
- When butter melts, add all purpose flour. Keep on stirring the mixture continuously. Let it cook until raw flavor is gone
- Pour little milk at a time into the pan and stir continuously. Cook until mixture becomes thick.
- Reduce the heat to low heat. Add salt and cheese into the mixture. Stir everything together until cheese melts. Dip should be in pouring consistency but shouldn't be too thick as cheese tends to thicken when cools down
- Serve hot in service bowl with chips or veggies
